The world keeps advancing daily, and so are we at Thorntons recycling. We’re switching to a cashless exchange process because why not? Our customers should have the freedom to pay for our services on any platform and any currency they want.

A cashless exchange process benefits our customers as much as it helps us. Here are some reasons why Thorntons Recycling, your favourite recycling depot, is moving to a cashless exchange process:

Transactions Can Be Done on the Go

The inconvenience attached to paying with cash can be very overwhelming. Under a cash-only policy, you’ll always have to hold some money with you before performing any transaction with us. We want our clients to transact with us whenever they feel like they didn’t plan to. You shouldn’t have to wait for hours because you want to pay for something.

You can make payment for something regardless of if you planned to come to our Adelaide recycling depot or not. If the reason you’ve been putting off coming down to our recycling depot is because of cash constraints, it’s been eliminated. 

Freedom to Pay in Any Currency

The world is evolving, and so is currency. There is a wide range of digital currencies existing that are just as valid as cash. Many people have issues with various institutions because they don’t accept a particular currency type. We don’t want you to have payment problems, and that’s why we’re moving to a cashless exchange process.

Make Transactions in Your Absence

You should still be able to have your recycled items picked up even when you’re not around. However, there’s no way you can make transactions under a cash-only policy if you’re not physically present. You can receive payments for dropping off your recycled products when you’re unavailable.

Before you travel or go on the trip, make a payment for your recycling bins, baskets etc., so you’ll receive it by the time you return.
